Your time is valuable and we understand that you count on us to arrive on time. Everyday congestion is common in a major city like MIA however at Ocean Drive we require all of our chauffeurs to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up so you won't have to worry. Our dispatch team, available 24/7 is able to pin point the exact location of your vehicle in accordance to our GPS tracking technology on real time.
FLIGHT TRACKING
Flights arriving early or delayed is not an issue, we are constantly receiving updates so you don’t have to worry. Having a state of the art software allows us to track your flight on real time, critical to providing great customer service and running the operations as efficiently as possible.
SAFETY
Our top priority is the safety of all passengers in our vehicles. Our chauffeurs undergo rigorous background checks and extensive personal and professional screenings. Not only are they conducted by us prior to hiring, but also required by our local and state inspectors of the Department of Transportation (DOT). Random drug testing is conducted routinely including an annual physical. Another integrated part of our safety is providing a well-maintained fleet that are constantly viewed by our fleet managers and qualified mechanics. All vehicles are subject to both local and state vehicle inspections. Any vehicles that show or develop any sign of wear are immediately replaced for a new model. We will not compromise the safety of our passengers.
